Using our system, professionals and students can streamline their knowledge documentation through ‘Buckets’ for training, job applications, video explanations, project showcases, and research. Our goal is to highlight the work we do, inspiring the next generation to choose and sustain great careers.

Observe enables professionals to capture and curate knowledge for students using “Buckets.” This doubles as a digital resume and organized learning resource for both sides. We encourage social learning between professionals and students to accelerate career decision making.

Our mission is to empower professionals and businesses to be a light in the dark for students who are lost. Studies show that stress and anxiety peak during our college years. We are hearing that students are “hopeless and lost.”
Their career indecision is causing students to delay having kids, starting families, and being apart of the workforce to improve our communities.
Our goal is to remind students to focus on their “why” when choosing a career which is the “missions, visions, and values” that they resonate with. It is very important to choose what you love and care about because one must be able to sustain their work.
We aim to be a key resource for students as they seek real world out of the classroom insight in regards to how they can provide sustainable positive value to the world. We want to highlight the world’s most pressing problems and activate brilliant student minds on working on great solutions.
